Whose Story Is It?

A handful of true, surprising stories get read anonymously — the group guesses who each one belongs to.

15–25 min

Group:

10–40 people

Materials:

A few true stories collected from volunteers beforehand

• 15 min+
• Get to know you
• Small group (2–8)

How to play

1. Ahead of time, ask five or six volunteers to privately send you one surprising true story about themselves.
2. Read each story aloud without saying who wrote it.
3. The group discusses and votes on who they think each story belongs to.
4. Reveal all the authors together at the end.
