Speed Networking

Timed one-on-one rounds with a prompt, then everyone rotates.

A timer

How to play

1. Pair everyone up. Odd number, make one three.
2. Put a prompt on screen and set a timer for three minutes.
3. When it goes off, one row of people shifts along and everyone has a new partner.
4. Change the prompt each round. Run five or six rounds.
5. Finish with a minute for anyone to share something they learned.

Variations

• Online: use breakout rooms with a fixed timer and let the platform reshuffle.
• Cut to ninety seconds for a faster, louder version.
