Lose and you join your winner's cheer squad — ends with half the room chanting one name.

How to play

1. Everyone finds a partner and plays one round of rock-paper-scissors.
2. The loser does not sit down — they become the winner's cheerleader and follow them.
3. Winners find a new winner to play. Their cheer squads come with them and cheer.
4. Keep going. The crowds get bigger and louder each round.
5. The final is two people playing in front of the entire room split into two chanting halves.

Variations

• Best of three for the final, purely for the drama.
• Scales beautifully — this is the one to use for a hundred people.
