In & Out

A circle is marked on the ground — players react instantly when the caller shouts "in" or "out."

Chalk or tape to mark a circle

• Energizer
• Outside
• Small group (2–8)
• Under 5 min

How to play

1. Mark a circle on the ground and have players stand around the edge.
2. A caller shouts "in" or "out" — players jump into or out of the circle to match.
3. Mix in fakes and quick repeats to catch people reacting on autopilot.
4. Anyone who jumps the wrong way is out; last one standing wins.
