Clap Before You Catch

Someone tosses the ball to you — you have to clap once before you are allowed to catch it.

Time:

5–10 min

Group:

6–15 people

Materials:

A ball

• 5–15 min
• Energizer
• Small group (2–8)
• Team building

How to play

1. Stand in a circle.
2. Toss the ball to someone across the circle.
3. Before catching it, that person claps once — miss the clap-then-catch order and the group restarts the count.
4. Speed up the tosses as people get the hang of it.
